Conservation Day Was a Success!

What a day! We were completely overwhelmed by the number of volunteers that came to help us remove the piles of rubbish from our beautiful woodland. Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Conservation Day. It goes to show how much the local community cares for this incredible green space. We would also like to thank Huw Morgan, Community Action Officer from the Sussex Wildlife Trust and his team of volunteers for coming along we really appreciated all your help! At first we though we would be overwhelmed by the amount of rubbish, but together we were able to clear it all! As a result the local community and our wildlife are now able to use this area of woodland safely, and enjoy it!

Thank you for all the hard you put in to make Benfield Valley Nature Reserve a better and safer place for all.
