Outdoor Creative Writing Sessions at Benfield Valley

Join Helen (an ex-English teacher and qualified meditation facilitator) for an hour of outdoor creative writing. We will meet at Greenleas car park and walk to one of the nearby woodland spaces to use nature as our prompt and get writing!

Each session starts with a short mindfulness exercise after which Helen will give you a writing prompt. You are welcome to share your writing at the end, but this is no way an expectation.

Please bring your notebook, a pen, something to sit on, wear comfortable shoes and remember to dress for the British summer.
